We are currently seeking a Content Analyst to join our remote team and help us expand our financial content offerings.
Key outcomes
- Analyze internal and external data sources to support our Transactions and Funding Rounds offerings, while strategizing operational frameworks to meet project goals.
- Support our AI-powered event classification and information extraction pipeline by managing exceptions and performing manual interventions when necessary.
- Monitor content flow by tracking processing states, generating usage reports, and maintaining detailed logs of content issues and resolutions.
- Perform quality assurance and control by reviewing input documents for accurate categorization and tagging.
- Provide 3rd level support for content-related inquiries, coordinating closely with our engineering teams, product managers, and third-party content providers.
- Develop innovative methods for troubleshooting content issues and document our evolving practices and policies.
Requirements
- Two to four years of experience in financial data collection or content generation process support, ideally with a focus on M&A transactions and capital offerings.
- A high aptitude for learning and a willingness to engage daily with complex large language models.
- Proficiency with the Google Suite, with superior skills in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- A keen interest in capital markets, financial research, and current technology trends.
- A B.Com degree.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- An MBA, M.COM, CA, or CFA certification.
- Prior experience working with financial and business news content, such as press releases, news articles, and company filings.
