The role

We are looking for a Senior Consumer Device Engineer III to join our Industrial Design team on a full-time, on-site basis. This position is perfect for a creative professional who understands the intersection of high-end design and mass production. You will be responsible for bringing our hardware to life by ensuring our creative vision translates perfectly into the final manufactured product.

Core responsibilities

• Research and develop proprietary hardware styles, material combinations, and innovative construction techniques to keep our products at the forefront of the industry.
• Create comprehensive strategies for color, material, and finish, while effectively communicating these concepts to our internal teams, manufacturing partners, and external stakeholders.
• Manage product specifications from the initial concept phase through to final production, while proactively resolving any design or manufacturing challenges that arise during development.

Skills and experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of dedicated experience working as a designer or developer in the CMF space.
• Strong proficiency in 2D color rendering and 2D CAD, with 3D CAD and visualization skills considered a significant advantage.
• Deep technical knowledge of metal fabrication, plastic injection molding, coating technologies, and material decoration processes.
• The ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed to oversee production and development.
• Fluency in English to ensure clear communication across our global teams.
