We are currently looking for a skilled Construction Systems Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis and help us drive innovation across our operational workflows.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead the configuration and optimization of our construction management platforms, such as Procore and Autodesk, while managing API integrations to ensure our systems communicate effectively with ERP and scheduling software.
- You will act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams by conducting needs assessments, drafting business requirement documents, and executing user acceptance testing to ensure our tools meet project demands.
- You will champion user adoption by designing custom dashboards for financial and performance reporting, creating comprehensive training materials, and hosting workshops to support our teams from project acquisition through closeout.
What you'll bring
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Information Technology, or Business Administration, paired with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
- You have a deep understanding of construction workflows and regulatory compliance, along with hands-on expertise in configuring enterprise platforms like Procore or Hammertech.
- You possess strong analytical skills with a proven ability to design data structures, manage API integrations, and translate complex requirements into actionable financial reports.
- You are a clear communicator in English who excels at documentation, training, and collaborative problem-solving.
What you'll get
If you are based in New York, the annual salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $140,000. Please note that actual compensation is determined by factors such as your specific geographic location, individual experience, and skill level.
