We believe our people are the heart of our success, and we are committed to fostering an inclusive, authentic workplace. We are currently looking for a dedicated Senior Construction Systems Administrator to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis and help us drive operational excellence through technology.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead the configuration and optimization of our construction management platforms, such as Procore and Autodesk, by conducting business needs assessments and translating them into detailed requirements.
- You will manage the technical lifecycle of our systems, which includes building API integrations with ERP and scheduling software, designing data structures, and executing user acceptance testing to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- You will serve as a key resource for our team by developing training materials, hosting workshops, and creating custom dashboards that provide actionable insights into project KPIs like cost variance and schedule performance.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong blend of technical proficiency and construction industry knowledge. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Information Technology, or Business Administration, paired with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise in configuring enterprise construction management systems and a solid understanding of API integrations, financial reporting, and data visualization.
- Exceptional communication skills, as you will be responsible for documenting complex workflows, training staff, and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
- A high level of proficiency in English and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- A deep understanding of construction workflows, regulatory compliance, and safety standards to ensure our systems support our operational goals.
What you'll get
For this position, we offer an annual salary range of $110,000 to $140,000 for candidates based in New York. Please note that actual compensation may vary based on your specific experience, geographic location, and skill level. We are committed to supporting your professional growth as you help us refine the systems that power our construction projects across the United States.
