We are looking for another Construction Project Manager to join our team!

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing the re-construction and restoration of properties damaged by fire, smoke, or water. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key member of a well-established and growing restoration company.

Essential Functions:

Scope and manage construction projects.
Communicate with property owners and insurance adjusters.
Project estimating, costing, contracting and quality control.
Contract services such as drywall repairs, carpet installation and painting.
Ensure job processes and procedures are followed.
Manage change orders and project documentation
Training and development of team members.
Monitor all projects to completion.
Maintain equipment and vehicle inventory.
