We are looking for a dedicated professional to help us lead these vital projects and provide high-quality service to our clients.
What you'll be doing
- You will oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from initial scoping and estimating to final completion.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and insurance adjusters, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the restoration process.
- You will manage project documentation, handle change orders, and provide training and development to help your team members grow their skills.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in construction management and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality control. You must be comfortable managing budgets, contracting services like painting or drywall repair, and overseeing inventory for our vehicles and equipment. Proficiency in English is required to effectively coordinate with all stakeholders, and you should be prepared to work on-site as part of our full-time team in the United States.
