AltaML is looking for a Computer Vision Engineer

Full Time Senior Hybrid Canada Computer Vision OpenCV C++Python English Hybrid work

We are EagleSight.ai, a company dedicated to building advanced surveillance and player tracking technology tailored for the casino industry. We are looking for a Senior Computer Vision Engineer to join our team in Canada on a full-time, hybrid basis to help us refine the analytics that power our specialized gaming solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and refine computer vision algorithms focused on identifying betting areas, chips, cards, and other essential table components.
Enhance our real-time calibration processes and adjust regions of interest to ensure system accuracy.
Work on the integration of dual camera feeds and ensure the synchronization of data across multi-camera setups.
Partner with our machine learning engineers to collect and validate high-quality training data.

Must-haves

A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Vision, or a related technical discipline.
At least 3 years of professional experience working on computer vision projects, specifically using OpenCV, YOLO, and Aruco markers.
Practical expertise in multi-view geometry and camera calibration.
Strong proficiency in C++ and Python for developing vision-based applications.
Fluency in English.
