What is this role?
We are looking for a Computer Support Technician to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a mid-level enterprise operations support position that requires a strong service-oriented mindset. You will be responsible for managing IT incidents and requests with a high sense of ownership, ensuring that all work aligns with our service level agreements while maintaining clear communication with our technology customers.
What will you do?
- Provide comprehensive remote and deskside support to resolve technical issues for our users.
- Take full ownership of the lifecycle for IT incidents and requests, including tracking and resolution within established timeframes.
- Respond to system alerts and collaborate with various support groups to develop strategic, long-term solutions for recurring technical problems.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have at least two years of experience working in a service desk, help desk, or enterprise call center environment. Because this position supports Federal government clients, you must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident for at least three years to obtain the necessary clearance. We are looking for someone who brings the following skills and qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Windows and Apple operating systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in large network environments.
- Experience with enterprise ticketing systems, device enrollment tools like Intune or Azure, and general networking concepts.
- A solid understanding of incident management and a commitment to process improvement.
- Excellent active listening and communication skills, paired with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- A willingness to obtain HDI Analyst and CompTIA A+ certifications within your first 90 days of employment.
What's in it for you?
We believe in supporting our employees so they can stay happy, healthy, and engaged in their work. When you join our team, you will have access to:
- A generous compensation package.
- Excellent opportunities for career development and professional training.
- Flexible work schedules to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
- A collaborative environment that encourages you to be inquisitive and authentic.
