We are looking for a dedicated Senior Computer Support Specialist to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity to help us maintain the high standards of technical service our business groups rely on.

What you'll be doing

• You will manage the resolution and escalation of hardware and software incidents, providing support both in person and remotely while adhering to ITIL principles.
• You will troubleshoot issues related to computer peripherals, security credentials, and business applications, ensuring that our employees have the tools they need to succeed.
• You will assist with the full computer life cycle, including imaging, deploying, and maintaining inventory, while also contributing to the shared knowledge base and educating users on cybersecurity best practices.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in technology and a commitment to excellent customer service. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience in IT support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems, along with a solid understanding of computer hardware.
• Experience working within a Service Desk environment, including familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to a diverse range of users.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment and the physical capability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Fluency in English to ensure effective communication across all business levels.
