What you'll be doing

• You will analyze massive biological datasets, including genomics and proteomics, to uncover unique patterns and actionable insights.
• You will design, build, and maintain robust bioinformatics pipelines to ensure our data processing remains efficient and scalable.
• You will partner with our engineering and R&D teams to translate complex biological questions into practical computational tools.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have a Master's or Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related life science field. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bioinformatician, specifically with multiomics datasets like RNASeq or WGS.
• Expert proficiency in Python or R for scripting and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with NGS analysis and building workflows using Nextflow or Snakemake.
• A strong grasp of molecular biology and genetic principles.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and complex data visualization is highly valued.
• Fluency in English and the ability to communicate technical findings to diverse audiences.
• A self-motivated, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

What you'll get
