You will play a vital role in auditing transaction monitoring alerts and collaborating with our customer experience and compliance departments to ensure our processes remain robust and effective.
What you bring
As a Lead Compliance QA Analyst III, you will serve as a key member of our remote team, working from anywhere to drive excellence in our financial crime prevention efforts. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for procedural improvements and ensuring our operations align with global standards. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Conducting detailed weekly audits on complex cases and performing thorough quality assessments.
- Performing root cause analysis to identify knowledge gaps and operational themes that impact team performance.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across data analytics, operations, and financial crime units to refine workflows and implement enhanced quality assurance frameworks.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess at least 4 years of hands-on experience in audit, compliance testing, or quality assurance within the financial services industry. We are looking for someone with a strong grasp of BSA/AML regulations, including KYC and transaction monitoring systems. You should be highly analytical and organized, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Proficiency in tools like Excel and PowerPoint is essential for creating data-driven reports and presentations. We value candidates who are self-starters, possess excellent communication skills, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you may occasionally need to work extended hours to meet critical deadlines. Fluency in English is required for this position.
What we offer
