What is this role?
We are looking for a Compliance Product Manager Lead to join us in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in Singapore. This is a senior-level position where you will take ownership of our compliance product strategy, ensuring that our systems are both secure and user-friendly as we continue to scale our operations.
What will you do?
- Lead our compliance product team by monitoring performance, managing incidents, and identifying opportunities to enhance our existing solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, engineering, and design teams to build world-class compliance products, including optimizing user journeys from registration through the KYC process.
- Drive decision-making through quantitative analysis, competitor research, and deep customer insights to improve operational metrics like KYC pass rates.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in fintech and a deep understanding of compliance requirements. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or design-related field.
- You have proven experience building and managing KYC features and onboarding flows, particularly for crypto exchanges or fintech applications.
- You are familiar with KYC regulations in the Philippines or other international jurisdictions.
- You possess superior analytical skills and are comfortable using data to hit key performance indicators.
- You are a skilled communicator who can work effectively with diverse teams, including legal, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
- You are fluent in English, and proficiency in Chinese is considered a strong advantage.
