What you'll be doing
- You will lead our Compliance product team by monitoring performance, managing incidents, and identifying opportunities to enhance both our current and future solutions.
- You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and the Compliance department to design and build world-class product solutions.
- You will drive decision-making by utilizing quantitative analysis, conducting competitor research, and gathering customer insights to optimize our user experience from registration through the KYC process.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in product management within the fintech sector. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field, such as Computer Science, or a design-related discipline.
- Proven experience building and managing compliance and KYC features, specifically within crypto exchanges or fintech applications.
- Familiarity with KYC regulations in the Philippines or other international jurisdictions.
- Superior analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive KPIs and support your strategic assumptions.
- The ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams, including engineering, legal, compliance, and executive leadership.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Chinese is considered a strong asset.
