About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to join us in a full-time capacity. This is an individual contributor role where you will play a vital part in supporting our information security and compliance programs. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving our SOC 2 controls, driving key privacy initiatives, and assisting with audits and customer inquiries. This position requires a collaborative mindset, as you will work closely with our IT, Legal, and Sales teams to ensure we meet our security goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination and maintenance of activities required to support SOC 2 compliance across the company.
- Manage daily compliance operations, which includes monitoring the effectiveness of controls, gathering evidence, and documenting internal processes.
- Collaborate with our Sales and Legal departments to review security-related contract terms and data processing agreements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in IT security and data governance. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience implementing and supporting IT security programs.
- Over 5 years of auditing experience with frameworks such as SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27001, or NIST.
- A solid working knowledge of penetration testing tools, AWS security, incident management, and data privacy laws.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, along with the ability to present complex information to executive leadership.
- A B.S. degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems is preferred.
Location
This position is based in India. Please note that this role requires 5 days of on-site work per week at our physical office during the initial 6-month probation period, after which you will transition to a hybrid schedule with 2 days of work from home.
Compensation and Benefits
We are committed to fair and equitable pay based on your individual skills and experience. The fixed salary for this position ranges from 22000 to 26000. In addition to competitive pay, we offer the following benefit:
