Our Finance and Operations team, known as FinOps, is the backbone of our organization, ensuring our systems run with integrity and precision. We are currently seeking a Compliance Manager to join this team and help us navigate the complex regulatory landscapes that accompany our continued growth.
Key outcomes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal legal inquiries, providing guidance on procedures and contractual provisions.
- Partner with vendors to track and execute all necessary business and charitable state filings for our various entities.
- Coordinate the collection of information for audits, federal filings, and other organizational projects.
- Oversee the content review process, ensuring all materials are properly documented and vetted by external legal counsel.
- Manage administrative functions, including contract registry maintenance, document organization, and signature acquisition.
- Develop and maintain robust tracking systems to streamline our internal compliance processes.
- Research emerging program areas to identify potential compliance requirements and risks.
- Handle sensitive information regarding labor policies and management protocols with the highest level of discretion.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in an administrative or compliance-focused role, such as paralegal work, procurement, or financial reporting.
- A deep understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance intricacies.
- Strong ability to interpret and analyze contracts, with the skill to explain complex legal jargon to non-compliance stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to hold team members accountable to established procedures.
- A proactive, curious mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities in an ambiguous environment.
- Must possess valid U.S. work authorization.
Compensation
The salary for this position is fixed at $92,700 per year. In addition to competitive pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
