We are looking for a Senior Compliance Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is remote and based in Germany. As a key business partner, you will support our German affiliate in achieving strategic goals while maintaining the highest ethical standards. You will lead the local implementation of our global compliance program, ensuring that our operations align with both international policies and local industry regulations. By working closely with our local management and global teams, you will help foster a culture of integrity and transparency across our healthcare operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all compliance matters, including anti-bribery, anti-corruption, healthcare regulations, and data privacy, while representing our organization in industry compliance forums.
- Develop and maintain a local risk register to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential compliance risks, ensuring that our business practices remain audit-ready at all times.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure all staff members are well-versed in our policies, while also managing transparency reporting and third-party risk assessments to meet both global and local standards.
Requirements
This is a senior-level position requiring a deep understanding of compliance management within the healthcare sector. You should have extensive experience in policy implementation, risk assessment, and data privacy. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, capable of leading assurance projects, and skilled at communicating complex regulatory requirements to diverse stakeholders. Fluency in English is required to effectively collaborate with our regional and global compliance networks.
