Compliance Coordinator at Pphp

We are looking for a dedicated Compliance Coordinator to join our team and help us uphold the highest standards of quality and regulatory integrity. What you'll be doing

• You will support our core business initiatives by focusing on Information Security, HIPAA, and HITECH regulatory requirements.
• You will conduct thorough audits to ensure we remain in full compliance with all relevant accreditation standards.
• You will assist in the creation, maintenance, and drafting of policies and procedures, while also facilitating essential compliance and cybersecurity training for our staff.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in Human Resources or a related field, along with the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically with a talent for clear, professional documentation.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
• Fluency in English to effectively coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
