Compliance Analyst at MANTL

We are currently seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of our governance and regulatory programs.

Key outcomes

• Enhance and expand our existing compliance program to ensure all operations meet rigorous industry standards and exceed customer expectations.
• Manage and facilitate ongoing audits, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for security policies, procedures, and internal or external audit trails.
• Identify potential compliance risks, perform deep-dive analyses, and provide actionable solutions to address them.
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure seamless audit processes.
• Monitor the regulatory landscape to stay informed of new requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a Compliance or Security Analyst, ideally within the technology or finance sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS frameworks.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Looker.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and work effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a meticulous approach to documentation.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CCAK, CISA, or CISM.

Compensation

The salary for this full-time, remote position ranges from $130,000 to $150,000, depending on your level and overall experience. In addition to salary, we offer equity and a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
