Compliance Analyst at MANTL

As a Compliance Analyst You Will:

Have a strong background in governance, risk and compliance to enhance and continue to build out our compliance program and ensure our operations meet industry standards, regulations while exceeding customer expectations. You will be part of a ground floor opportunity to help shape and build the future of compliance within MANTL.

• You are well versed in the art of communication while operating in a remote environment
• Documentation is viewed as a necessity versus a nice-to-have
• You thrive on getting deeply involved in processes to realize operational excellence

We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Compliance Analyst, Security Analyst, or similar role handling various audits such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to influence outcomes in order to meet company objectives
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of compliance activities, including internal and external audit trails, security policies, and procedures
• Identify compliance issues, provide analysis, and recommend solutions
• Stay updated on new regulatory requirements, industry practices and certifications
• Work with external auditors to facilitate ongoing compliance audits
• Experience in a regulated industry, particularly in technology or finance
• Experience with Excel, Tableau, Looker or other analytical toolsets
• Certifications in CCAK, CISA, CISM or similar
