Compliance Analyst at MANTL

We are currently seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to join our remote team and help shape the foundation of our governance and risk programs.

Key outcomes

• Enhance and expand our internal compliance program to ensure we consistently meet industry standards and exceed customer expectations.
• Lead and facilitate external audits, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS requirements.
• Develop and maintain thorough documentation for all compliance activities, security policies, and audit trails.
• Identify potential compliance risks, perform detailed analysis, and recommend actionable solutions to leadership.
• Monitor the evolving regulatory landscape to ensure our internal practices remain current with industry certifications and requirements.
• Collaborate across teams to drive operational excellence through deep process involvement.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a Compliance or Security Analyst, ideally within the finance or technology sectors.
• Strong proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Looker.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex audits like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes and drive objectives in a remote work environment.
• A meticulous approach to documentation and a proactive mindset toward problem-solving.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CCAK, CISA, or CISM.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $150,000, depending on your experience and level. Our benefits package includes:
