We are currently seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to join our remote team and help shape the foundation of our governance and risk programs.
Key outcomes
- Enhance and expand our internal compliance program to ensure we consistently meet industry standards and exceed customer expectations.
- Lead and facilitate external audits, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS requirements.
- Develop and maintain thorough documentation for all compliance activities, security policies, and audit trails.
- Identify potential compliance risks, perform detailed analysis, and recommend actionable solutions to leadership.
- Monitor the evolving regulatory landscape to ensure our internal practices remain current with industry certifications and requirements.
- Collaborate across teams to drive operational excellence through deep process involvement.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience as a Compliance or Security Analyst, ideally within the finance or technology sectors.
- Strong proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Looker.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex audits like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes and drive objectives in a remote work environment.
- A meticulous approach to documentation and a proactive mindset toward problem-solving.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Professional certifications such as CCAK, CISA, or CISM.
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $150,000, depending on your experience and level. Our benefits package includes:
