Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst III to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in our St. Louis office. You will play a critical role in our Global Federal GRC efforts, ensuring that our security controls meet rigorous standards while collaborating across the business to drive our compliance programs forward.
Your impact
- Lead efforts to conduct enterprise-wide risk analysis while managing and maturing mandatory documentation like SSP packages.
- Drive continuous monitoring initiatives, including the management of vulnerability assessments and Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) tracking.
- Act as a primary liaison for federal compliance assessments, supporting customer audits and evidence collection to ensure our security requirements are consistently met.
What you'll need
- At least four years of professional experience in Information Security or technology.
- Strong expertise in GRC tool administration, risk assessment methodologies, and vulnerability management.
- Proven ability to work effectively with software engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with federal frameworks such as FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST is highly preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a significant plus.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
