We are looking for a Competitive & Product Enablement Lead to join our team in a hybrid capacity, helping us shape our strategy and empower our internal teams to succeed. Fleetworthy is revolutionizing the transportation industry by providing a unified command center for safety, compliance, and toll management, supporting millions of drivers and vehicles across the country.
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep market and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, potential threats, and new opportunities.
- Build and maintain a competitive intelligence framework by gathering data from market research, customer feedback, and industry reports.
- Synthesize complex data sets into actionable insights and clear presentations for our stakeholders.
- Partner with product teams to assess our competitive differentiation and influence our long-term product strategy.
- Design and deliver comprehensive product training programs for our sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine our messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution.
- Monitor emerging business models and technologies within the SaaS space to anticipate future shifts.
- Establish consistent systems for tracking and sharing competitive intelligence across the organization.
- Serve as a backup resource for product marketing initiatives, including campaign support and content development.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, competitive intelligence, or sales enablement within the SaaS or tech sectors.
- Strong ability to analyze competitive landscapes and translate those findings into effective strategies.
- Deep understanding of SaaS products and go-to-market execution.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams through writing and presentations.
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively with sales, marketing, and product departments.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Fluency in English.
