Role at a glance
This is a full-time Compensation Manager position based on-site in Mexico. We are looking for an experienced professional who can take ownership of our total rewards strategy and ensure we remain competitive while staying aligned with our broader organizational goals.
Your impact
- You will own the design and administration of our salary policies, including managing pay structures, salary bands, and annual merit or promotion cycles.
- You will oversee our total rewards portfolio, which involves negotiating with vendors to optimize corporate benefits, insurance plans, and wellness programs.
- You will develop and manage incentive schemes, such as short-term and long-term bonuses, ensuring they are tied to clear KPIs and remain compliant with local labor and tax regulations.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should have a deep background in Human Resources with a specific focus on Compensation Strategy and Benefits Management. Because you will be working across our organization and with various stakeholders, you must be fluent in both English and Spanish. We value candidates who are analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of providing executive-level guidance to our leadership team regarding organizational design and compensation trends.
