Role at a glance
We are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Intern to join us on-site in Belgium for an internship lasting at least 12 weeks. This is an ideal position for a student who is eager to launch their career by gaining hands-on experience in payroll, data analysis, and office operations within a fast-paced fintech environment.
Your impact
- Collaborate with our specialist to design and launch compensation and benefits programs while managing payroll processes across Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and the UK.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy by performing periodic audits of HR systems, contracts, and policies to ensure compliance with local legislation and sectoral agreements.
- Support our People and Culture initiatives by assisting with new hire onboarding, managing confidential personnel records, and coordinating office logistics and team events.
What you'll need
- You are currently a student with a strong interest in payroll and a high level of attention to detail.
- You possess excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- You are a tenacious, positive, and energetic individual with a hunger for learning and professional growth.
- You hold a valid driver's license.
