What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Community Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a leadership-level role for someone who thrives on building meaningful connections and driving engagement within a vibrant, creative community. You will be instrumental in shaping how our readers interact with our platforms and our authors.
What will you do?
- Community Engagement: You will foster a welcoming and active environment by moderating discussions, interacting with our users, and ensuring that every reader feels heard, valued, and safe.
- Content Strategy: You will develop and manage a robust content calendar, including newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates, while curating multimedia content like book reviews and live Q&A sessions.
- Event Coordination: You will plan and execute engaging virtual and in-person events, such as reading challenges, book club meetings, and exclusive author interviews to keep our community connected.

To succeed in this role, you should be a creative thinker who balances strategic planning with analytical rigor. We are looking for someone who brings the following to the table:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in community management and social media.
- A deep passion for books and a strong grasp of current literary trends.
- The ability to analyze engagement data to refine your strategy and measure the impact of your content.
- Excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and the cultural sensitivity needed to work with a diverse, global audience.
- Fluency in English.
