Community Manager at System

The role

We are seeking a Senior Community Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. In this position, you will report directly to our VP of Public Benefit. You will play a vital role in cultivating a global network of systems thinkers, working closely with our product team to champion our software within research and policy communities. This is an opportunity to foster meaningful collaboration and drive collective impact on a global scale.

Core responsibilities

• Serve as the primary bridge between our user community and our product team, ensuring that user needs are clearly understood and addressed.
• Design and implement strategies that boost awareness, platform adoption, and active participation among our target audiences.
• Analyze community engagement data to refine our outreach efforts and provide actionable insights that inform our product development roadmap.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years spent working directly with expert communities, researchers, or data scientists.
• Proven expertise in community building, project management, and the development of strategic partnerships.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, combined with a data-driven mindset and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation and benefits

The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $170,000. We support our team through a flexible work environment that includes both hybrid and remote work options.
