We are Fliff, a multinational company headquartered in Philadelphia with offices in New York, Austin, and Sofia, Bulgaria. We create free-to-play social sports gaming experiences that let fans compete on leaderboards, earn badges, and enjoy sweepstakes and loyalty rewards without real-money wagering. We are looking for a Community Manager to join us on a full-time remote basis and help shape how sports fans connect with our brand around the world.
Responsibilities
- Build and oversee our online community across social channels, forums, and other platforms while keeping conversations active and welcoming.
- Respond to customer questions and feedback, plan events and campaigns, and work with marketing and product teams to align community efforts with company goals.
- Track engagement metrics, prepare reports on sentiment and trends, and adjust strategies to grow participation and loyalty.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in community management or social media marketing, ideally within sports or entertainment.
- Strong written and interpersonal skills, plus familiarity with platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Discord, and YouTube.
- Comfort using analytics tools to interpret social data and turn insights into actionable plans.
- Creative thinker who can craft platform-specific content and adapt tone for different audiences.
- Availability to work flexible hours that align with major sporting events.
