Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Community Manager to join us in a full-time capacity. This is a hybrid role based in the United States, where you will play a pivotal part in connecting our readers with the stories they love. We need a seasoned professional who can balance creative strategy with data-driven insights to keep our community thriving.
Your impact
- Foster a vibrant and welcoming environment by moderating discussions, engaging with our users, and ensuring every reader feels like a valued member of our community.
- Design and execute a comprehensive content strategy across newsletters, social media, and forums, while curating multimedia highlights like live Q&As and book reviews.
- Plan and host virtual and in-person events, including author interviews and reading challenges, to keep our audience connected and excited about our latest releases.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of professional experience in community management and social media strategy.
- A genuine passion for books and a strong grasp of current literary trends.
- A blend of creative flair and analytical rigor, allowing you to craft compelling content while measuring its real-world impact.
- Excellent communication skills and the empathy required to connect with a diverse, global audience.
- Fluency in English to effectively collaborate with our cross-functional teams and authors.
