 With a focus on India, KRAFTON is dedicated to nurturing the gaming and start-up ecosystem. In line with this commitment, KRAFTON initiated the KRAFTON India Gaming Incubator (KIGI) in October 2023. KIGI aims to support 6-10 teams annually with program durations ranging from six months to one year. Additionally, KRAFTON India has invested over $150 million in the Indian market in the past two years and has committed an additional $150 million to the Indian start-up ecosystem over the next three years.

[Responsibilities]

• Manage and grow the Discord for Krafton India's live games, encouraging players to actively engage in a safe and respectful environment.
• Identify meaningful player feedback and trends within the community and relay insights to various departments.
• Identify and address linguistic, religious, and cultural risks within the community.
• Communicate with players, encourage discussions and engagement, and regularly create new content for users.
• Execute community events that provide players with an enjoyable community experience and regularly report channel performance.
• Under clear priorities and goals for the community management strategy, collaborate with internal teams across various fields and manage external partners

[Requirements]

• Bachelor’s degree with Excellent writing skills (English, Hindi, and native language.
• Over 3 years of experience in directly moderating and growing Discord.
• The ability to independently solve problems and carry out tasks.
• Logical and positive communication skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with multifunctional teams.
• Ability to analyze game metrics, interpret data, and provide recommendations.
• Strong passion for games and knowledge of FPS games.

• Experience conducting FGD/IDI 
• Experience with Photoshop and Video Editing Tools
• Previous experience creating content as a player
