Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Community Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in India. This is a leadership-level role where you will be at the center of our player interactions, ensuring our community remains a vibrant and safe place for everyone.

Your impact

Lead the growth and moderation of our Discord servers for live games, fostering a safe and welcoming environment for our players.
Act as the voice of the player by identifying community trends and feedback, then translating those insights into actionable data for our internal teams.
Drive engagement by creating fresh content, hosting community events, and managing collaborations with both internal departments and external partners.

What you'll need

A bachelor's degree paired with exceptional writing skills in both English and Hindi.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in moderating and scaling Discord communities.
A deep passion for gaming, specifically within the FPS genre, and the ability to analyze game metrics to provide strategic recommendations.
A proactive, logical approach to problem-solving and the ability to communicate positively across multifunctional teams.
Bonus points if you have experience with Photoshop, video editing tools, or conducting focus group discussions.
