The opportunity
This is a full-time, remote role where you will serve as the primary face and voice of Manta for our Korean-speaking users. You will act as the vital link between our global team and our local community, ensuring that our mission resonates deeply within the Korean crypto ecosystem. Your work will directly influence how we grow, engage, and support our users, making you an essential part of our marketing and community department.
A day in the life
- You will nurture our presence on platforms like KakaoTalk, Naver Cafe, Discord, and Telegram by designing engaging campaigns and events that keep our users active and excited.
- You will localize our global content, including newsletters and announcements, ensuring that every message is culturally relevant and compelling for a Korean audience.
- You will represent Manta by collaborating with local influencers and media partners, while gathering user feedback to share with our product teams to help us build better tools.
Who you are
You are a self-starter who feels right at home in a remote, global environment. You have at least two years of experience in community management or marketing within the Web3 or tech startup space. You possess a deep understanding of Korean crypto culture, including the latest trends, memes, and influential voices. Because you will be bridging two worlds, you must be a native Korean speaker with fluent English skills. You are also comfortable using tools like Notion, Twitter, and various analytics platforms to track your progress and manage your daily tasks.
