At Polymer Labs, we are building a neutral, open, and permissionless base layer for the new internet. As we develop Ethereum’s Interoperability Hub, our team of experts from both web2 and web3 backgrounds is focused on solving complex challenges in decentralized infrastructure. We are currently moving from our testnet phase toward mainnet, and we are looking for a Senior Community Lead to join us on a full-time, remote basis. This is a vital role for someone who is passionate about our vision and wants to help us nurture our early supporters as we prepare for major upcoming launches.
Responsibilities
- Act as a primary bridge between our core team and our supporters, fostering a positive environment through engagement, creative content, and community fun.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for community growth, including the creation of programs that recognize and reward valuable contributions from our members.
- Take the lead on organizing and coordinating online events, such as Twitter Spaces, AMAs, community calls, and various contests to keep our audience engaged.
Requirements
- You are crypto-native and deeply immersed in web3 culture, with a strong understanding of current narratives, projects, and community dynamics.
- You have proven experience building and managing communities for web3 or crypto projects while tracking clear performance metrics.
- You possess extensive technical proficiency with Discord and Twitter, alongside a strong ability to manage stakeholders and set clear expectations.
- You demonstrate our core values of perseverance, ownership, and a commitment to understanding the "why" behind our work.
- You have excellent written communication skills in English and a genuine enthusiasm for our mission to connect the world using IBC.
