We provide a platform for hassle-free sexual and reproductive care, offering discreet and convenient treatments that save our users time, money, and stress. As part of the WELL Health family, we have scaled rapidly to serve patients across the nation. We are a fully remote team looking for a Community & Engagement Manager to join our marketing department on a contract basis. What you'll be doing
- You will manage our day-to-day community interactions across various platforms, including comments, direct messages, and Reddit, by providing empathetic and on-brand responses.
- You will monitor and analyze community sentiment to identify emerging trends and translate those findings into actionable recommendations for our medical, product, and marketing teams.
- You will build and refine our response frameworks and engagement guidelines to ensure that our communication remains consistent, high-quality, and compliant as we continue to grow.
What you'll bring
- You have 3 to 6 years of experience in community management, social care, or customer engagement, with bonus points if you have specific experience working on platforms like Reddit or Substack.
- You possess excellent written communication skills and feel comfortable navigating nuanced or sensitive conversations, particularly within the healthcare or regulated sectors.
- You are highly responsive and capable of exercising sound judgment when managing high volumes of interactions across multiple channels.
- You are a proactive collaborator who is skilled at identifying patterns in qualitative feedback and turning them into clear, strategic insights.
- You are fluent in English and authorized to work in the location specified for this role.
