We are looking for a Community Engagement Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. At Mount Anvil, we have spent 31 years partnering to create exceptional residential spaces across London. In this role, you will split your time between working directly with residents and local organizations in two London boroughs and coordinating project logistics from our Barbican office. You will be instrumental in delivering social value initiatives, managing Section 106 commitments, and ensuring our estate transformation projects leave a lasting, positive impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local residents and community organizations to support our ongoing estate transformation projects.
- Manage and measure the delivery of social value initiatives, including local employment programs, school engagement, and apprenticeship schemes.
- Utilize data to track project impact and report on our Section 106 commitments while collaborating with our broader communications and social value team.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience working with a main contractor or local authority.
- Proven success in managing, measuring, and delivering social value initiatives specifically for residential projects in London.
- A learn-it-all mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-performance, low-hierarchy environment that prioritizes context and personal responsibility over rigid procedures.
- Strong project management and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
