The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Community Engagement Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will be the heart of our efforts to nurture and expand our network of healthcare professionals. You will take ownership of our community strategy, from designing new programs to managing existing ones like Prisma. By acting as a bridge between our technology and the people who use it, you will ensure our solutions truly resonate with the needs of the medical community while representing our mission at industry events and conferences.
A day in the life
- You will actively manage and grow our network of Dutch healthcare professionals, focusing on increasing user engagement and building lasting relationships.
- You will design and implement creative engagement programs, including the development of brand ambassador initiatives and direct feedback loops to improve our services.
- You will conduct field research by visiting medical practices to gain firsthand insights into clinical workflows and identify the specific challenges our users face.
Who you are
You are an enthusiastic communicator who thrives in collaborative environments. We value a hands-on mentality and a genuine passion for healthcare innovation. Your background should reflect a mix of professional expertise and strong interpersonal skills:
- You hold a degree in a relevant field such as Medicine, Health Management, or Health Economics.
- You are comfortable with public speaking and enjoy representing our brand at industry forums and events.
- You possess an outstanding command of both Dutch and English, allowing you to connect with stakeholders effectively.
- You bring experience in community management or loyalty programs, though we are open to motivated candidates who are eager to develop these skills further.
- You are empathetic, precise, and enjoy working cross-functionally to drive user satisfaction.
