What you bring
As a Junior Community Coordinator working full-time on-site in the United States, you will be instrumental in executing our gifted creator program. You will focus on identifying partners who align with our brand to support product launches and evergreen programming across our direct-to-consumer channels and Sephora.com. Your daily work will center on these core responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, from initial outreach and creator sourcing to contract negotiations and final commission payouts.
- Collaborating with our internal teams to brainstorm campaign strategies and track performance metrics using tools like Grin and Tribe Dynamics.
- Leading the execution of our PR gifting efforts and training our team of influencer interns to ensure consistent brand representation.
Requirements
We are looking for a proactive individual with 1 to 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally within the beauty or fashion sectors. You should possess strong organizational and time management skills, as you will be juggling multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously. We value candidates who can communicate clearly and effectively with both internal stakeholders and external creators. A successful team member will be a self-starter who demonstrates excellent judgment, a talent for independent problem-solving, and a genuine interest in staying current with social media trends.
