What is this role?
We are looking for a Community Brand Ambassador to join our team in a part-time, junior-level capacity. This is a remote position, though we are specifically seeking candidates located in Riverside, Los Angeles, or Oakland, California. You will play a vital role in expanding our reach and helping us fulfill our mission by connecting directly with the people we serve.
What will you do?
- Build Awareness: You will act as the face of Altro in your local community, organizing events and identifying new partnership opportunities to grow our member base.
- Drive Growth: You will execute both digital and in-person marketing campaigns to promote the Altro app and increase our community engagement.
- Collaborate and Report: You will work closely with our internal team to develop community assets and regularly share insights, metrics, and outcomes to help us refine our approach.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a self-starter with a genuine passion for community building and a deep connection to our mission of financial empowerment. We are looking for someone who excels at public speaking and has prior experience with campaigns or promotional work. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, bringing a positive, can-do attitude to every interaction. Proficiency in English is required, and you must be comfortable with tasks involving digital marketing, credit awareness, and team management.
