Altro is on a mission to make financial power available to all. We’re transforming credit by enabling people to build their credit history with the recurring payments they’re already making. Our free Altro app allows members to easily link these recurring payments to leverage unseen and uncounted payments to build their credit score. The Community Brand Ambassador role will be responsible for building brand awareness, reaching out to your local community, organizing Altro community events, identifying potential partners, and promoting the Altro app while driving member acquisition and growth. You will use your creativity, enthusiasm, and passion to support our mission of bringing financial power to all.

Seeking in California only - Riverside, CA / Los Angeles, CA / Oakland, CA

What you’ll do:

Learn: Develop deep knowledge of the Altro brand and products
Engage: Promote and facilitate events to engage with community
Acquire: Execute and drive digital and in person marketing campaigns to grow and build our Altro community
Partner: Partner with the internal Altro team on community assets and collateral
Share: Record, share and discuss metrics, KPIs, and outcomes

What you’ll need:

Experience promoting, and or campaigning
Deep connection to our mission
Experienced in public speaking
Passion for building community
A self starter with a can-do attitude
Desire to work with a team and independently
Availability to commit to 15 hours per week. Paying $20/hr
Seeking in California only - Riverside, CA / Los Angeles, CA / Oakland. CA

Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Occasionally walking, climbing stairs, and standing occur in this role.
Environment: this role is protected within a building, but may be exposed to mild changes in temperature with heating or air conditioning.
