The role

We are looking for a Community and Operations Coordinator to join our team on a contractor basis. This is a junior-level position, ideal for someone with about 12 months of experience who is eager to take on a versatile role. You will work remotely from anywhere, serving as a vital link in our daily operations as we expand our footprint in markets like the UAE, Jordan, and Egypt.

Core responsibilities

• Oversee our social media presence by creating and publishing engaging content, including stories and reels, to highlight our tournaments and events.
• Manage direct communication with our players and organizers via WhatsApp to provide support and answer inquiries.
• Maintain the integrity of our platform through precise data entry and cleaning, ensuring that all tournament and player information is accurate and up to date.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should be a clear communicator with a passion for community building. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in community coordination or managing social media accounts.
• Strong organizational habits and a keen eye for detail.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic content creation skills using tools such as Canva or video editing software.
