We are currently looking for a Communications Manager to join our rapidly growing team. As we operate in the dynamic artificial intelligence space, we need a professional who can navigate complex challenges, including executive profile building, financial communications, crisis management, and high-impact product announcements. This is a significant career opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key outcomes

• Develop and refine our core messaging and positioning strategies.
• Manage and evaluate speaking opportunities for our key executives.
• Engage with reporters in both reactive and proactive capacities.
• Provide media and presentation training to our management team.
• Draft essential communications materials.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and highlight key technical developments.
• Ensure consistent messaging by coordinating closely with our marketing department.
• Triage and manage incoming requests for the communications team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Communications or PR, with a strong preference for this background over general marketing experience.
• A proven track record of managing media relations and successfully raising professional profiles.
• Exceptional writing skills.
• A process-driven and highly organized approach to work.
• Experience managing the logistics required for high-profile speaking engagements.
• A high level of creativity and a strong desire to take on increasingly challenging tasks.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working on communications projects specifically related to B2B product launches.
