We are on a mission to scale intelligence to serve humanity by training and deploying frontier AI models for developers and enterprises. As a Communications Manager, you will join our growing team to help us shape the future of artificial intelligence while tackling complex challenges in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

Create and refine our core messaging and positioning strategies.
Manage and evaluate speaking opportunities for our executive leadership.
Engage with reporters through both proactive outreach and reactive media relations.
Provide media and presentation training to our management team.
Draft essential communications and announcements.
Collaborate with engineering teams to uncover and highlight key technical developments.
Ensure brand consistency by coordinating closely with our marketing department.
Oversee and triage incoming requests directed to the communications team.

Must-haves

At least 5 years of experience in Communications or Public Relations, with a strong preference for candidates with this background over general marketing experience.
Exceptional writing abilities.
A highly organized, process-driven approach to your work.
A proven history of managing media relationships and elevating professional profiles.
Experience handling the logistics for high-profile speaking engagements.
A creative mindset and a strong desire to take on new, challenging tasks as you grow with us.

Nice-to-haves

Experience working on communications projects specifically for B2B product launches.
