Communications Manager at Salesloft

We are currently looking for a talented Communications Manager to join our growing team and help us shape our brand narrative while building lasting relationships within our industry.

What is this role?

This is a full-time, senior-level position that offers the flexibility of being fully remote for candidates based in the United States. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Communications and Content, working in close collaboration with our brand, product marketing, and social media teams to elevate our market presence.

What will you do?

• Manage our public relations efforts by drafting press releases, coordinating executive interviews, and securing speaking opportunities on relevant industry podcasts.
• Lead our influencer marketing program, which includes identifying key partners, negotiating contracts, and developing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with online communities, managing digital event deliverables like webinars and roundtables to expand our reach.

What makes you a great fit?

We are looking for a creative, strategic thinker with at least 5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing. You should have a proven track record of managing influencer programs and building strong community partnerships. Success in this role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to manage complex projects with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in the Google Suite is essential, and you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you can execute ideas methodically.
