The role
We are seeking a Senior Communications Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our market visibility and brand awareness. You will balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on execution, working closely with our design, content, and demand generation teams to position Concord as the premier thought leader in the contract lifecycle management space.
Core responsibilities
- Amplify Thought Leadership: Develop and execute a robust PR and media strategy, securing placements in key trade publications and business outlets while building lasting relationships with journalists and industry influencers.
- Social Media and Content Strategy: Manage our corporate social media presence and partner with the content team to distribute high-value assets, ensuring our narrative reaches the right audiences effectively.
- Event and Influencer Management: Oversee our participation in industry conferences and coordinate roadshow events, while building partnerships with industry influencers and advocacy groups to expand our market reach.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of creative storytelling and analytical rigor. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in brand management, corporate communications, or PR, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven success in driving PR campaigns and securing meaningful media coverage.
- Strong proficiency in social media management and a solid understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices.
- Demonstrable experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google Notebook LM to enhance productivity and strategy.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, combined with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
