We are currently looking for a Communications Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our leadership, our employees, and the public, ensuring that our messaging remains cohesive and impactful as we continue to scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor direct reports by providing ongoing training, managing daily tasks, and ensuring high performance through consistent feedback and accountability.
- Design and execute comprehensive public relations campaigns while managing our external PR firm and tracking the return on investment for our technology initiatives.
- Partner with executive leadership to craft speeches, presentations, and corporate messaging while developing proactive strategies for potential crisis communications.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in public relations, including a strong background in marketing.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven expertise in technical writing, media relations, and project management, with a high level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, specifically the ability to write in a journalistic style suitable for corporate publications.
- Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where you must balance multiple priorities and stakeholders.
