We are looking for a Communications Coordinator to join our team on a six-month contract. Based in Canada, you will support our daily public relations and communications operations while assisting with our upcoming marketing planning efforts.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with external PR agencies to manage status meetings, feedback loops, and project deliverables.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of integrated marketing campaign calendars and activity grids.
- Manage logistics for PR activities, including product briefings, influencer shipments, and content reviews.
- Serve as the primary contact for web agencies to ensure our digital content remains accurate and aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor social media performance and influencer ROI while tracking key metrics for optimization.
- Draft press materials, manage award applications, and handle incoming media inquiries.
- Support internal compliance by routing content through regulatory approval processes.
- Compile performance data from social media and PR efforts into reports for internal stakeholders.
Must-haves
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in PR, marketing, or communications.
- A degree or diploma in a related field such as Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations.
- Strong proficiency in social media platforms, influencer engagement, and performance tracking.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience working with content management systems and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams like Sales and Innovation.
- Fluency in English.
