We are looking for a Communications Coordinator to join our team on a six-month contract. Based in Canada, you will support our daily public relations and communications operations while assisting with our upcoming marketing planning efforts.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with external PR agencies to manage status meetings, feedback loops, and project deliverables.
Assist in the development and maintenance of integrated marketing campaign calendars and activity grids.
Manage logistics for PR activities, including product briefings, influencer shipments, and content reviews.
Serve as the primary contact for web agencies to ensure our digital content remains accurate and aligned with brand standards.
Monitor social media performance and influencer ROI while tracking key metrics for optimization.
Draft press materials, manage award applications, and handle incoming media inquiries.
Support internal compliance by routing content through regulatory approval processes.
Compile performance data from social media and PR efforts into reports for internal stakeholders.

Must-haves

2 to 4 years of professional experience in PR, marketing, or communications.
A degree or diploma in a related field such as Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations.
Strong proficiency in social media platforms, influencer engagement, and performance tracking.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
Experience working with content management systems and digital marketing tools.
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams like Sales and Innovation.
Fluency in English.
