We are seeking a Communications Assistant to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Kingdom. This is a junior-level position perfect for a creative professional who is eager to support our bid processes, press outreach, and business development initiatives.

Your impact

• You will play a key role in the bid process, helping to assemble submissions and track new project opportunities through tender portals.
• You will manage our press presence by researching targets, conducting outreach, and maintaining our internal media databases.
• You will support the broader team by coordinating award entries, managing project archives, and ensuring graphic continuity across all office materials.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive communicator with a sharp eye for detail. We value candidates who can work effectively under pressure and collaborate with staff at all levels of our practice.

• Technical Proficiency: You must have excellent skills in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Familiarity with CRM software is highly preferred.
