Following significant funding rounds, we are now looking for a talented Communications and Public Relations Manager to join our remote-first team and help us shape the future of this dynamic industry.

Key outcomes

• Develop and implement comprehensive public relations and communication strategies that align with our core business objectives, including media relations, event participation, and thought leadership.
• Manage external PR agencies and partners to ensure all efforts remain goal-oriented and effective.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, influencers, and media outlets within the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors.
• Create engaging content for a variety of channels, such as press releases, blog posts, social media, and marketing materials.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand messaging remains consistent across all platforms.
• Lead our crisis communications efforts and proactively manage potential reputational risks.
• Provide strategic counsel to our executives and key stakeholders to ensure they are prepared for media opportunities and public speaking engagements.
• Track, analyze, and optimize communication metrics to measure performance and drive ongoing success.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in PR and communications, with a deep understanding of the blockchain and crypto landscape.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce compelling content for diverse audiences.
• Established expertise in media relations and a strong network within the crypto industry.
• Proven experience in handling crisis communications and protecting organizational reputation.
• A strategic mindset with a track record of implementing initiatives that achieve tangible business goals.
• Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work across functions and provide guidance to executive leadership.
• Analytical proficiency in interpreting data to improve communication strategies.
• A Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in English.
