The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Communications Analyst to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our enterprise customers and our data, helping them unlock valuable insights to meet their outreach goals. You will translate high-level business objectives into precise audience segments, ensuring our customers get the most out of our products. A day in the life

• You will utilize established processes, including documented queries and models, to answer internal stakeholder inquiries regarding outbound communications, product features, and functionality.
• You will collaborate directly with enterprise customers to understand their messaging needs and build custom audience segments that align with their specific outreach goals.
• You will serve as a subject matter expert, documenting your methodologies and working alongside product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure our data-driven solutions perfectly match customer requirements.

Who you are

You are a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in data retrieval and manipulation. You possess the following skills and experience:

• Proficiency in SQL and Python for tasks like joining disparate data sets, auditing outputs, and aggregating recipient lists.
• Experience with modern technical tools including Snowflake, Visual Studio Code or JupyterLab, Git, and Bitbucket.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A customer-centric mindset, ideally supported by previous experience in consulting, SaaS, or the veterinary industry.
