The role

We are hiring for a Commission Based Sales position on a contractor basis. This is a junior-level opportunity perfect for someone with at least 12 months of experience who is eager to learn. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating directly with our CEO.

Core responsibilities

• Master our sales process through comprehensive training, including learning how to execute cold calls and conduct effective product demos.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, with the ability to bring in leadership for support as you refine your closing skills.
• Scale your impact by hitting performance targets and eventually having the option to build and lead your own sales team.

Skills and experience

To thrive in this role, you should be comfortable with cold calling and passionate about sales. We are looking for someone who is coachable and ready to dive into entrepreneurship. You must be fluent in English and prepared to learn our specific product inside and out. We value candidates who are self-starters and ready to take ownership of their sales pipeline.

Compensation and benefits

This role offers a performance-driven structure designed to reward your success. You will earn recurring commissions on every sale you make, with rates scaling from 10% to 15% depending on your level of involvement and the support required. As you grow into a leadership capacity, you will also earn an additional 5% commission on the sales generated by your team members.
