The opportunity
We are looking for our founding Commercial Sales Development Representatives to join our team. This is a vital position for our go-to-market strategy as we scale our outbound efforts. You will be responsible for finding, generating, and qualifying new business opportunities, acting as a key partner to our Account Executives. We view this role as a true training ground for future leadership, and we are committed to promoting from within as you grow your career in B2B sales. Please note that this is a hybrid position, and you will be expected to spend a few days each week working from our office in Austin.
A day in the life
- You will build the top of our sales funnel by identifying and creating fresh pipeline for our Commercial Account Executive team.
- You will engage with prospects across multiple channels, including email, LinkedIn, and phone, to craft compelling messages that highlight the value of our product.
- You will become a product expert, learning the ins and outs of our core personas and their specific pain points to help accelerate our deal cycles.
Who you are
You are a motivated professional with at least six months of experience in a business development role within the B2B SaaS industry. You possess a strong command of the English language and are comfortable navigating ambiguity. We are looking for an independent thinker who is eager to learn and has a clear conviction that a career in tech sales is the right path for them. You take pride in your work, maintain high standards of professionalism, and are always looking for new ways to innovate and improve our outreach tactics.
