Role at a glance
We are looking for a Commercial Pricing Senior Manager to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a senior-level position open to candidates residing in the United Kingdom or Spain who possess valid work authorization for these locations. You will be responsible for building our end-to-end pricing capabilities and transforming how we approach commercial strategy on a global scale.
Your impact
- Strategy Architecture: You will define and evolve our global pricing strategy, translating complex market dynamics into repeatable logic and frameworks that support both B2C and B2B business lines.
- Data Infrastructure: You will partner with our data teams to build a centralized pricing engine, integrating cost, margin, competitor data, and demand signals to move us toward AI-assisted, automated decision-making.
- Optimization & Governance: You will own the experimentation roadmap, designing A/B tests and establishing clear governance to ensure pricing consistency while balancing growth, margin, and long-term customer value.
What you'll need
- Over 7 years of experience in B2C and B2B pricing, ideally within the telecom or connectivity sectors.
- Deep expertise in building pricing frameworks and managing complex product structures.
- Hands-on proficiency with data warehouses and BI tools, with a strong ability to translate data models into commercial decisions.
- A solid grasp of unit economics, price elasticity, and demand signals.
- Experience with AI or machine learning-driven pricing systems is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to influence stakeholders across finance, product, and growth teams.
