The opportunity

We are looking for a driven professional to join our Southern sales team. In this role, you will act as the face of our brand, building meaningful relationships with club owners, boutique fitness studios, and healthcare professionals. You will serve as a strategic advisor, helping our clients find the perfect equipment solutions to meet their specific needs. By working closely with our Sales Support and Sales Excellence departments, you will ensure our clients receive top-tier service while you help drive our regional performance goals forward.

A day in the life

• Proactively prospect the market to build and maintain a strong network of fitness and paramedical professionals.
• Provide expert guidance to clients regarding the optimal use and implementation of our high-quality fitness equipment.
• Collaborate with your teammates to refine our sales strategy and provide constructive feedback that helps us improve our overall service delivery.

Who you are

You are a motivated, autonomous professional with a competitive spirit who thrives in a collaborative environment. You possess a Bachelor’s degree in a commercial or management field, supported by 2 to 4 years of relevant sales experience. Because you will be working with a diverse range of clients in Belgium, you must be fluent in both Dutch and French. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is essential for your daily success. Ideally, you are based in the Leuven, Brussels, or Ghent area, and any existing network within the fitness or paramedical sectors will be considered a significant asset.
