Role at a glance

We are looking for a Junior Commercial Credit Advisor to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in France, perfect for a recent business school graduate eager to launch a career in a high-growth environment. You will be fully trained in our methods to manage the entire sales cycle, from the initial client contact to closing the deal.

Your impact

• Convert a high volume of qualified incoming leads into successful mortgage agreements.
• Manage your own client portfolio while generating 25% of your revenue through referrals.
• Advise clients on the best financing solutions for their real estate projects and negotiate directly with banking partners.

What you'll need

• A strong interest in the fintech and real estate sectors.
• Previous commercial experience, ideally in a B2C environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with high comfort levels over the phone.
• Strong analytical abilities to handle complex financial discussions and provide expert guidance.
• A curious mindset, a desire to learn quickly, and the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluency in French.
