Key outcomes
- Identify and qualify leads to cultivate high-value business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with executive-level stakeholders to understand their priorities and streamline the procurement process.
- Drive net-new logo acquisition through proactive outbound sales efforts.
- Partner with our engineering team to identify and deploy product features that enhance the value of our platform.
- Work closely with sales engineers and the executive leadership team to build connections across all levels of key accounts.
- Take full ownership of the sales cycle, including managing complex negotiations and procurement requirements.
- Collaborate with our Sales Development Representatives to optimize top-of-funnel activity.
- Conduct strategic prospecting aimed at Chief Technology Officers, IT leaders, and technical end-users.
Requirements
- Three to five years of sales experience within a fast-paced, highly technical environment, ideally involving developer tools, cloud infrastructure, observability, or business intelligence.
- A proven history of consistent activity, successful pipeline development, and meeting sales quotas.
- Familiarity with cloud providers and their specific buyer personas.
- A customer-centric, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate complex sales processes.
- Strong presentation, listening, and organizational skills, including effective contact management.
- A hands-on approach to mastering technical concepts and facilitating technical discussions with diverse stakeholders.
- An independent, curious nature with a commitment to continuous learning regarding our product and customer pain points.
- A collaborative, kind, and experimental approach to adapting to the evolving needs of our business.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
The annual On Target Earnings range for this position is 70,000 USD to 200,000 USD, which includes both the base salary and the target sales commissions. We will refine this range during the interview process based on your specific qualifications, experience, and location. Our benefits package includes:
